Product Description

Top Quality Coal Gasifier Furnace With Stable Performance

The gasifier furnace is a device that uses coal as raw material and air and water vapor as gasification agents to produce gas. The gasifier furnace is a gasification equipment with less investment, convenient management and simple operation. The gasifier furnace is mainly used for industrial and domestic fuels, etc., and has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, no smoke or no pollution, etc.

The whole set of the gasifier furnace mainly includes: a set of the main furnace of the gas generator. Auxiliary equipment: a set of gravity dust collector (ash hopper) and a set of cyclone dust collector. The main components of the furnace body: furnace body device, grate device, ash tray transmission device and ash discharge chute, ash discharge knife, double bell jar coal charging box and hoisting device, release valve.

Coal Gasifier Generator,Coal Gasifier is the process of producing coal gas, a type of syngas-a mixture of carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen (H2), carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapour (H2O)-from coal and water. Coal gas, which is a combustible gas, was traditionally used as a source of energy for municipal lighting and heat before the advent of industrial-scale production of natural gas, while the hydrogen obtained from gasification can be used for various purposes such as making ammonia, powering a hydrogen economy, or upgrading fossil fuels.
