  This rotary screen sieve is portable unit, ideal for separation various types of solids from solid mixtures and gradation of products based on their particle sizes to get uniformly sized product. They are designed for screening the dry material through any mesh size as per particles size. Manufactured also in double/triple/four decks for multiple grading sizes in the same batch in the same process.

It is a high accuracy fine powder sieving machinery and is suitable for particle(granule) powder and mucus material sieving. The vibrating screen uses vertical vibration motor as its vibration source. The vibration source include vibration motor, up and down eccentric block. The eccentric blocks are installed on the motor's upper and lower sides.  By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the material on the screen can be changed the movement trajectory, and meet different sieving function.
