Wood Drum chipping machine is the traditional product of our company, with the advantage of good performance, top quality, etc. The drum chipper is the special equipment for producing perfect wood chips; it is used in paper plant, particle board plant, board plant, chip production and export bases. Logs and small wood are cut into high quality with even length and uniform chip thickness; it is also suitable for the chipping of branches and twigs, planks, etc.

The chip length is different in accordance to the requirement of paper plant, particle board and fiber-board industries, so in order to meet this need, our company improve different kind of drum chippers recently, and the new type machine has more advantage.
(1) Wood chipping machine Design Features:

1. Knife roll cutting part equips with protection plate, effectively prolongs the service life of knife roller

2. Bearing adopts heavy duty bearing, ensures the equipment's performance and service life under continuous full load operation state.
3. The feeding belt conveyor of chipper adopts high strength wear-resistant belt. Supporting roller adopts elastic rubber roller, which absorbs the vibration and strike in the process of conveying so that protects the belt. The side plate of the conveyor adopts special structure, effectively prevents the branches and twigs from blocking, and further prolongs the service life of belt.
4. The chipper is composed of machine seat, drum rotor, upper and lower feed rollers, feeding belt conveyor, hydraulic system, etc.

(2) Application scope:
Cutting logs, branches, slab, waste veneer, bamboo, cotton stalk, and other non-wood fiber stems into dimensional chips which are the essential material for the production of particle board, fireboard and paper pulp.
